Trevor and I are both….we Love Jesus. We absolutely love Jesus. We don’t necessarily write Christian music but we definitely take a lot of the moral stuff like that and apply them into music. “His Name” was written about this huge time in my life where I had a falling out. The only person that I had was Jesus. That was the only person that had not left me and it was this huge moment in my life where I turned to him and decided that I was going to start doing music again. I was going to back it up and start playing. I wrote “His Name” to remind me of the music that I decided that I thought, ‘forget everybody else, I’m going to do what I was called to do.’
